Dribbb(b)le – A Safari Extension
So what does the Dribbb(b)le extension do? It does two things:
- First of all since it’s a design community, we can safely assume that all the users will have high screen resolutions. So, I‘m increasing the width of it. From 940px to 1104px. Why 1104px? Because it’s the best width for #2.
- My second (and last for now) improvement is killing all the thumbnails on Dribbble. Why? Because, I think we don’t need them. 400x300px is the maximum size of a work. It’s small enough. Why make them smaller and lose all the magic? I mean thumbnails do not tell anything, do not show any details and most of the time, they kill all the details. That’s why I kill them & replace with bigger versions of shots (with javascript).
